A number of machines at our disposal mean that you as a customer can take full advantage of a wide range of capacities and features that bring to you a very comprehensive, affordable, high accuracy and speedy throughput of sheet metal components and products. From your drawings to delivered product, the CNC Punch machines can repeatedly and reliably deliver turnaround times and unit prices that are simply unachievable using conventional machinery. An additional feature of the CNC machine is that once initially set up, the production programme can simply be recalled for future batches, and so repeat orders are guaranteed to be identical to previous supplies and not subject to any variance in dimension or quality. The Trumpf machine also has the added bonus of having an automatic sheet feeder unit, so it’s simply load up, programme and set to work until the sheet pile has finished, so with a great deal of the labour and sheet setting time taken out, time and prices are considerably weighted in your favour. Linking these machines with the capacity of the laser cutting and the CNC presses all but eliminates a major element of cost, that of human labour in bringing the completed product to you.
