Having both flat bed and tubular laser cutting machines available, a considerable range of processes can be utilised in terms of simple flat sheet profile, box and tube cutting.
What is also important to know however is once you get to a glimpse into the possibilities in linking together options available with the tube and box cutting, material and component processing really takes on a whole new dimension.
The components processing speeds can far exceed that of conventional machining yet can offer comparable or indeed better accuracy and repeat rates. Components can also be laser etched for visual identification marking and just as easily have assembly marking out etched into them to alleviate by and large the need for marking out when components come to final assembly through welding etc. Over and above the actual component processing, laser cutting can bring additional simplicity and cost savings to the entire cycle of getting a component from initial cutting right through to the finished assembled product.
Particularly on repetitive volume cutting, the processing speed bodes well in making for an extremely attractive cost per unit.
